* Deposit Policy *
All deposits made for bookings are non-refundable unless a written cancellation notice is submitted via letter or email within 30 days of the scheduled event date. In the event that a written notice is received within this 30-day window, a $175 credit for building A or $250 credit for Building B will be issued towards a future booking.
It is important to emphasize that once an event date is reserved, it is removed from our availability calendar, potentially resulting in lost opportunities for other clients. Your cooperation and understanding regarding this matter are greatly appreciated.
